Every day is different ! meeting different clients day in day out is a big draw and keeps the job fresh!
What makes David Robinson Estates different from other estate agents?
Since we opened the doors for trading in January 2008 we have tried to stand out from the crowd with a bespoke tailored service that we will mould to our individual clients needs, whether its from extra support with viewings/marketing or holding their hand through the sales transaction, also the fact that I'm on hand throughout the process being the Managing Director / owner of the business, how many other agent can claim that!
During the buying/selling process, where might customers come into contact with you? My main role is new business generation and getting properties ready for marketing, but also on hand for support for the rest of the team with regard to offers/sales chasing and any other issues.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
I like to run three times a week and enter races where possible and also love a good round of golf!

We pride ourselves on tailoring our service to our clients needs, being independent gives us the opportunity to succeed with this approach, so were able to guide our customers through the minefield of moving home!
During the buying/selling process, where might customers come into contact with you? My role is is from start to finish, so from the point of contact with arranging the viewing, the negotiation process, then the after sales service through to completion
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
I love to keep fit and play tennis along with socialising and reading

Although David and I worked together back in 1998, in the early years of our Housing Careers at Woolwich Property Services which became haart Estate Agents
What do you enjoy most about working at DRE?
It’s a friendly environment in the heart of the village, fast paced and no one day is the same!
What makes David Robinson Estates different from other estate agents?
It’s personal! From my experience in the corporate world, clients are viewed as number or pound sign, which is the complete opposite to the customer service we provide at David Robinson Estates. The business is a stand-alone office so all staff strive to provide the best possible customer service and honest advice based on knowledge.
During the buying/selling process, where might customers come into contact with you? My main role is new business and marketing but I am mainly office based so you will speak to me throughout the process from initial enquiry, offer negotiation and sales progression. I also assist on the accompanied viewings where required. In the office if anything needs picking up I’m on it!
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
It’s based around my children, family and my music, being a part of a brass band who are my second family.
